Project Overview
The YMCA Sutton Coldfield branch has been doing some fantastic work supporting young carers in the area. But they wanted to take things to the next level, by showcasing and understanding the real impact of their young carers programme, to secure more grants and reach even more young carers from nearby schools. That’s where JMK & Co came in. Working alongside another consultant, we created user surveys before conducting on-site service user and staff interviews. With the results of both compiled into an impact report, showcasing the difference YMCA Sutton Coldfield is making on the lives of local young carers.
Project Outcome
The final report is now complete, and the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. The young carers have shared powerful stories about how YMCA Sutton Coldfield has impacted their lives, offering the exact insights needed to showcase the charity’s value. We’re confident that this report will be transformative for YMCA, supporting their efforts to secure more funding and reach additional young carers in need. Equipped with meaningful data and stories, YMCA can now enhance their impact and continue making a real difference within their local community.
