I genuinely believe the best socially driven organisations have great systems (they enjoy and effectively use) in place to keep on top of all the amazing work that they're doing. AND they're great at talking about their amazing work (aka stories) via case studies and impact stories etc. One cannot exist without the other. However too many mission driven organisations are either drowning in spreadsheets or lost in a sea of inconsistent narratives and services. How long has JMK & Co been running for?
JMK Consultancy (former name) was first founded in 2016: Although it’s changed much over the years - Most notably becoming a specialist consultancy that only supports socially driven organisations- One thing has remained the same and that's a massive passion for digital empowerment & positive social impact.
Where's all your social media at?
There is none.
Other than a company LinkedIn page and Janinah's LinkedIn profile (one day to be shut down) 💀
I'm not the biggest fan of social media and I don't use social media in my personal life either (aside from Whatsapp, to speak to fam and friends) - Instead I prefer to invest my marketing efforts in; building long term partnerships, educating others in the VCSE sector and keeping our clients happy - So they come back to us and recommend us to others in the sector.

How did you come up with the name?
Honestly, when I (Janinah) decided to re-pivot my business consultancy into one that only supports socially driven organisations, I knew I couldn't support them alone. I'd also learned from previous years of working in non-profits that the most impactful projects are ones that are the culmination of a collaborative effort and team work! So I decided to rename my business from 'JMK Consultancy' to 'JMK & Co' As I knew there would always be a 'Company' of people I'd be working with across projects - From 1x fellow consultant, to entire client teams hence I added the '& Co' ☺️
