£ 1,920.00 GBP

Our Impact Discovery Workshop is designed to tackle the biggest obstacles around impact measurement for a particular project or programme within your organsiation.
Through research, stakeholder engagement, and strategic alignment, we provide you with a clear roadmap to help you determine the next moves to make to progress a piece of impact (management/measurement) work.

Outcomes

  • Identified Key Impact Areas:
Gain a clear understanding of where your charity can make the most impact within a project, or programme.
  • Strategic Clarity:
Align project/programme activities with organisational impact aspirations for greater effectiveness.
  • Informed Decision-Making:
Use data-driven insights to improve projects and programmes across your organisation.
  • Enhanced Stakeholder Engagement:
Involve multiple members of your team in shaping a project plan, ensuring buy-in and support.

  1. Create objectives and scope:
Crafting objectives of the discovery phase is the first thing we do via an initial Kick-off call. Following on from that we begin to delve deep into learning more about why your project has come about and what you're hoping to achieve from it. We also set boundaries around what areas will be explored within the discovery workshop vs what will be marked as activities within the main project.
  2. Stakeholder Research:
    1:1 Interviews:
Our interviews are designed to balance learning (us) and talking (your team), to find out from them what their take on the project is and how best to move forward with it.
    Service Users:
We create comprehensive marketing reports that include industry trends and service user research insights, specific to the project/programme in question.
  1. Identifying important data and documentation:
Engaging with stakeholders to find out the main impact message your charity has been using in bids and grants etc for the project/programme is the third step in our process. Helping us to crystalise the impact of the project/programme so far.
  2. Designing & Developing Deliverables:
Finally we'll distill the discovery project into a cohesive digital presentation that includes:
    * A discovery report; including recommendations for next steps for the main project itself.
    * A project plan including a Roadmap for next stages for the project.
