This means stakeholders across the organisation are in complete control of the metrics they use allowing for complete flexibility.

- Bespoke:
We develop a bespoke impact framework based on bids and application grants your charity has submitted in the past, to learn more about what impact you have reported having on your beneficiaries.
- Scoping Workshop:
We'll meet your team for a knowledge gathering session, to understand more about your charity's impact so far and refine your charity's long-term impact.
- Outcomes Framework:
Once the outputs from the previous activity are complete we'll then do a mapping exercise to map your charity's outcomes to indicators. An Outcomes Framework can then be developed based on the indicator map (and your charity's Theory of Change).
Next steps on how to implement the framework will also be provided.
- Framework Presentation:
Finally we'll present the Outcomes Framework to your team including next steps and recommendations for successful implementation of the framework.
