Project Overview
CAST, a dynamic social purpose organisation, is all about leveraging technology to drive positive social impact. They’d been using Notion—a robust project management and collaboration tool, but found that their team wasn’t fully tapping into its potential. That’s where JMK & Co came in.
The objective was clear: Facilitate a three hour webinar empowering CAST's team to use Notion more effectively and making their day-to-day operations smoother and more efficient. The session was designed to be practical, engaging, and directly applicable to their daily operations.
During the webinar, we explored multiple features within Notion customising the content to CAST's specific needs. We covered everything from the basics (configuring pages and databases), to more advanced functionalities like creating templates, automating tasks. The aim was to ensure each team member, regardless of their previous experience with Notion, walked away with actionable tips they could put into practice.

The webinar turned out to be massively insightful for CAST. Here’s what we achieved:
